Chicken Satay I made a package of Conimex chicken satay sauce as well and we unanimously decided that a mixture of this sauce and the Conimex sauce was the best balance for us. Ingredients of Chicken Satay

  1. It's 1/2 kg of boneless chicken.
  2. It's 1 of Satay sticks.
  3. Prepare of Chicken Marinate Sauce.
  4. You need 5 tbsp of dark soy sauce.
  5. Prepare 3 tbsp of vegetable oil.
  6. It's 1 tbsp of lime juice.
  7. You need 1 of Salt and Pepper.
  8. It's of Peanut Sauce.
  9. It's 500 grams of crushed fried peanut.
  10. It's 5 tbsp of dark soy sauce.
  11. It's 5 clove of red onions.
  12. Prepare 3 clove of garlic.
  13. You need 1 1/2 cup of water.
  14. You need 1 of salt and pepper.
  15. Prepare of Condiments.
  16. You need 1 of tomato.
  17. You need 2 clove of sliced red onion.
  18. You need 3 tbsp of fried red onion.
  19. Prepare 1 of lime.
  20. It's 5 of cayenne pepper.
