- You need 1 of large Jalapeno almost completely seeded (minced).
- You need 1 of medium red onion (minced).
- You need 3 tsp of garlic (minced).
- Prepare 1/2 Cup of Worcestershire Sauce (slightly less).
- Prepare 1/2 Cup of Apple cider vinegar (slightly less).
- It's 1 bottle of Jalapeño Ketchup.
- You need 1 of & 2/3 tablespoons black pepper.
- You need 1 of heaping tsp oregano.
- It's 1 of heaping tsp sea salt.
- You need 1 tsp of chili powder.
- It's 1 tsp of Cayenne Pepper.
- It's 1 dash of paprika.
- You need 1 dash of turmeric.
You can absolutely cut back on the spices if you're not so tolerant but I recommend trying it this way at least once. This sauce is great on ribs, chicken, burgers, pork chops and steaks.
