Ingredients of Chicken Satay

  1. Prepare 750 of gm. skinless, bone less chicken breasts cut into 2 cm pieces.
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp of Cooking oil, Corn flour1 tsp.
  3. It's 2 tbsp of brown sugar, Juice of 1 lemon.
  4. Prepare 3 of garlic cloves crushed. Soya Sauce2 tbsp.
  5. You need 12 of bamboo Skewers.
  6. You need of For Satay sauce.
  7. It's 200 gms of Peanut butter.
  8. It's 1 of " Ginger grated.
  9. Prepare of Juice of 1 lemon.
  10. It's 1 cup of Fresh thickCoconut milk.
  11. You need 1 tbsp of Soya sauce.
  12. It's of Crushed Garlic cloves 2.
  13. You need 1 tsp of Sugar.
  14. Prepare of Salt, black pepper and chilli flakes 1/2 tsp each.
  15. Prepare of Coriander to garnish.

  8. Soak the skewers in warm water for 10 min. Thread the marinated chicken pieces on to the skewers..
  9. Grill over a slow flame till the chicken pieces are almost cooked and brown on all around. It takes 5 min..
  10. Transfer chicken pieces on a bed of spring onions and serve them at once..
  11. Garnish the sauce with peanuts and chicken with coriander leaves..

I used crunchy peanut butter because there are nuts in an authentic sauce, its just down to personal taste I guess.
